Jenna is a registered dietitian (RD) and sports nutritionist.  Recently, Jenna has taken the role as Director of Nutrition & Wellness for Cuisine 365, a sports nutrition and wellness catering company. The company currently provides meals to professional and NCAA sports teams while on the road or in their hometown. She currently serves as the consulting sports nutritionist for PhysioFitness Associates in regards to Professional golf (PGA Tour golfers), New York Islanders NHL Organization, Velocity Sports Peformance – Cherry Hill, private one-on-one high-school, collegiate, and elite nutrition consults, varsity high-school sports teams and school district athletic departments within Southern New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.  Jenna has completed a Sports Nutrition Professional Development with the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL). Contributions and assistance to  Philadelphia Flyers (NHL), Trenton Titans (ECHL) and most recently contributing Registered Dietitian to QVC, Inc. “In The Kitchen With David“. Jenna has experience with athletes of all ages including recreational, elite, and professional athletes. She has worked for IMG Academies as a sports nutritionist to high-school and professional athletes in Bradenton, FL – including the US Men’s Soccer U17 National Team, the Penn State Sports Nutrition Clinic, and development of dietary supplements and pediatric nutrition research for Wyeth Nutrition/Pharmaceuticals. Additional experience includes a professional development at Athletes’ Performance, contributions for MLB’s RBI Program (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), Major League Strength, the Taylor Hooton Foundation, STACK Media, and ShowcaseU.  Additional clients include athletes’ within professional and collegiate baseball, basketball, gymnastic, football, horse racing, and track & field.  Jenna just finished 5 amazing years as the Program Coordinator of Nutrition at Drexel University, in conjuction with the Eat.Right.Now Program for the city of Philadelphia.

As an avid runner, Jenna has participated in several marathons; therefore, ensuring sports nutrition is a part of her daily training and lifestyle.

Jenna is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Nutrition Science (2005) and completed her accredited Dietetic Internship by the Commission on Dietetic Registration from The College of Saint Elizabeth, Morristown, NJ (2007).  Currently, she is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Pennsylvania ADA, the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), Sports, Cardiovasular, and Wellness Nutritionist (SCAN), and the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association (CPSDA).

Currently, Jenna resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area; however, she consults directly with clients in the NYC/DC/NJ areas and via internet/phone around the country.

In her free time, Jenna is passionate about dogs in need — Jenna volunteers her time with a local animal shelter and dog rescue. She has a sporty pit bull named Olivia Hope whom is a rescue dog from the streets of Philadelphia.
